INT 2D functional resin is a special kind of hydroxyl acrylic resin, which has better abrasion resistance, high elasticity and hardness, low temperature flexibility, adhesion and processability than the ordinary hydroxyl acrylic resin when used in coating. It is a coating modifier with excellent properties.

Application

l In the synthesis of waterborne acrylate, as a functional monomer, can improve its water resistance, increase the flexibility of low temperature, improve the hardness, adhesion and gloss.

l Apply for the UV curing coating as a UV monomer, to improve the elasticity, flexibility, scratch resistance and adhesion.

l Used in polyurethane as a component of polyols, it can improve the chemical resistance of polyurethane and increase gloss and hardness.

l It has high activity double bond and can copolymerize with alkene monomer.
