Waterbase Epoxy Hardener

INT 201 is modified organic aimines curing agent of epoxy resin in room temperture.High compatibility and simple preparation with epoxy resin. Easy operation, high hardness and gloss,excellent water resistance. Can be used in the bottom, middle and surface layers, but also for high strength grouting materials, wear-resistant concrete ingredients and epoxy modified cement.

Application

l Curing Solvent or water based epoxy resin, can be applied on solvent or water based adhesives, coating or floor paints.

l Adapt to humid environment, such as basement, workshop, underground garage, long-term water resistance, industry is not limited.

l Room temperature curing agent. surface dry in 2 hours, 24 hours can be fully cured, 72h(20ºC) achieve the highest hardness.

l For curing normal epoxy resin(E-51), mix and stir with epoxy resin, Add proper amount of water (the amount of water to be added shall be subject to the appropriate viscosity at the time of application) and stir well. No need to add water into water-based epoxy resin.

l The dosage is 1-2 times of epoxy resin (refer to e-51). For INT 301 water-based epoxy resin, the dosage ratio is 1:1.For other applications, this amount can be used or calculated according to the ratio of epoxy value to amine value.

Stored in dry and cool place. Shelf life not less than 12 months and able to be used after validity period while key standards is at required level.
